SDK Engineering Ltd, a registered Civil Engineering and Building Construction firm established in 2013, invites qualified HR / Organizational Development Consultants to submit proposals for a Functional and Organizational Review assignment.
The objective of the assignment is to review the company’s organizational and functional structure, staffing arrangements, and HR systems, and to recommend an optimized structure that improves efficiency, accountability, and project delivery effectiveness, with specific focus on project-based operations.
HR Consultant – Functional and Organizational Review
OVER VIEW
Scope of Work includes:
- Review of existing organizational and functional structure (head office and project sites)
- Assessment of roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, and staffing levels
- Evaluation of skills mix, staff deployment, and HR systems and practices
- Identification of gaps, overlaps, inefficiencies, and operational risks
- Development of practical recommendations and an improvement plan, including a revised organizational structure where applicable
Key Deliverables:
- Inception Report
- Functional and Organizational Review Report
- Recommendations and Improvement Plan
- Presentation of findings to management
Qualifications & Experience
- The Consultant should have proven experience in organizational and functional reviews.
- Strong HR and organizational development expertise.
- Experience in the engineering or construction sector.
- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
- A Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
