Completion Of Maula Staff House Rehabilitation Project
SDK Engineering Limited has completed the rehabilitation of six staff houses at Maula Prison in Lilongwe, Malawi, following the award of the contract by Malawi Prisons Service in October 2024. The project included upgrading one-bedroom houses to spacious two-bedroom homes, renovating kitchens and bathrooms, and constructing a fence to enhance privacy.
This work has significantly improved the living conditions for prison staff, providing modern, comfortable, and secure housing. With the final phase, including painting and finishing touches, now completed, the project was delivered on schedule and to the highest standards..
